Job Description
• Analyze Manpower Needs based on Manpower Planning
• Perform recruitment process (end-to-end) such as create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving psychological assesment and interviewing candidates
• Making report about psychological test and interview result
• Conducting job fair and campus hiring events
Requirements
Maximum 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
Good communication, multitasking and active
Placement in Jakarta Barat
