Job Description
• Coordinate within the IT Department to improve the quality of services by analyzing business needs
• Technical writing including the ability to understand a business problem, write out the requirements profesionally and be able to translate that into an executable task
• Work with users to determine their spesific business needs
• Transform user's requirements into IT system requirements
• Analyze our business processes and write procedure spesifications
• Determine solutions to software/hardware problems
• Be a business consultant to users
• Be the main liaison between the users, executive/management team and development team
• Manage projects as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in business intelligence and analysis
Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
Digital roadmapping expertise, including use of popular tools like Jira or Asana
Ability to prioritize
Strong attention to detail
Organizational and multitasking skills
